event id 597

After a user changed her password on the network, she had
been getting locked out of any network resources. As
soon as she would log in to the domain, the account would
be immediately locked out. There are no services running
in the backround as that user, the user does not seem to
be logged in anywhere else on the network, I have changed
her password many times, and looked up event ID 597 on
technet and eventid.net, but nobody has an explanation
for this. Can anybody help?
