Wow! A big step forward! I'm sending flowers!



Ownership was a problem I wasn't aware. A huge amount of files is saved now.



But some important folders are still inaccessible.



Strange: The File system shows me the certificate-thumbprint that should
lead to access. It's exactly the thumbprint of the certificate I imported.
It's now in the Console Root / Certificates - Current User / Personal /
Certificates.

But it's still not possible to decrypt.



No, I didn't try it after exporting.
