Is there a way to repair a damaged backup file in XP professional. I did a
back up and the file was coruppeted some how and I need to try and extract 1
file from the backup. I used backup to make a duplicate of a patition and
was able to explore the backup when it completed but on the second attempt I
bet an error stating that the backup is in an unrecinized format or the file
has been damaged.
