Timed Out

Session timed out after 30 minutes of inactivity message
when trying to log onto a Cingular website. I had just
logged on when this happened. Any idea why?

It sounds like it may be calling a cached version of that website. Try
deleting the Temporary Internet Files in Tools/Internet Options/General
Tab/Delete Files button. Be sure to select the "Delete all offline content"
option.
