Greetings --

Do you wish to replace WinXP with Win98, or do you wish to
dual-boot the two operating systems?

If the former:

If you performed an upgrade from Win98/Me, elected to backup the
old system files, and didn't convert the partition to NTFS, then all
you need do is boot into Safe Mode and Start > Control Panel >
Add/Remove Programs. All of these conditions _must_ be met for the
uninstall option to be available.

You can not install Windows 98 onto Win dows Xp. You can install Windows 98
into another partition and set up a dual-boot configuration.

You can but it's a difficult procedure. Easier installing WinXP after
Win98.
