i cant find or open in c:\documents and settings\all users\documents

when i open my computer and go to
C:\documents and settings\all users
i can not see the folder "documents" i know that folder
is there because there because if i go to "Run" and type
in the pathway
c:\documents and settings\all users\documents
it shows me the contents of the Documents folder.

inside folder options i have checked off
display the contents of system folders
display full bath in the address bar
display the full bath in the title bar
show hidden files and folders

i unchecked
hide extensions for known file types
hide protected operating systems files

any ideas

In Explorer, it will be displayed as "Shared Documents". The Documents
folder is a special folder that the shell tries to treat more intelligently
than regular folders. It knows that since the Documents folder is in the
All Users profile, that they are Shared, so it shows you a more friendly
name. As you've noticed, the path is still just "documents" and you can get
to it using the path with the run menu, the command prompt, or even just
typing it in the address bar of the Explorer window.
