New account creation defaults

I admin at a Chicago Public School and we are installing
all new machines with XP. We use novel as the backbone
and authenticate against it for student logons. We are
trying to find a way to set all of the profile details
like views, themes, start menu config, etc when a new
account is created. Basically, they will log on,
authenticate with novell and then a new profile is
created on the local machine for them. Thanks for any
help.
