Tips & Tricks are everywhere on the Internet. The problem is
knowing which ones are valid & safe. No two PC's are the same.
So a tweak that might work/show-results on one, may cause
another to not boot at all.

Kelly's site seems to have good organization and documentation.

Just be sure before you apply tweaks, that you have an "Image"
backup of your computer.

Start with www.microsoft.com and go to the Windows XP homepage.
Microsoft has loads of information freely available. Then move on to
the place to find everything: www.google.com. Enter the search term,
"Windows XP tips and tricks" and you'll get about 554,000 links. I'm
sure you'll find what you are looking for.
