Driver lost - No access to computer

Device Manager took the Mouse/Keyboard driver out and
restarted. Now the computer has No Mouse, No Keyboard
access whatsoever.

I've tried to start in Safe Mode still the same.

I've tried restore, it shows an error and doesn't work.

I have no way of controling the computer at all. Not even
for adding a USB mouse/keyboard as it wants to prompt you
for drivers etc and I have no way of navigating through
those prompts. I * DO * however have access to the HD
through the network. Is there a way to add a driver or
run a Logitech Mouse install program on the computer?

I don't have remote desktop enabled on the messed up
computer and I won't be able to enable it now.

Any help would be great
