administrator/limited account program sharing

I have recently had to format and clean out my machine
due to kids messing with unwanted software, and changing
system settings. After the clean up I have set all there
accounts to limited, problem is that when I install
software, I am the only account that can run it. I was
wondering how do I set up for sharing software between
the administrator and the limited accounts?
