I have an old e-mail address stored under my user name.
I am administrator; however, when I try to change it to
the new correct e-mail address the passport site webpage
fails to open because of internet settings.
I also have problems with MSN Messenger not signing in
because MSN connects to the internet, but fails to sign
in. It is connected but .net passport prevents it from
signing in.
Signing in to .net passport sites fail regardless of
which e-mail address I use.
How can I correct this?
