Windows XP IPSEC NAT-T

Can anyone provide more info?

For the last few months I have been waiting for the latest
release of the Windows XP (and 2000) IPSEC client (I need
to use NAT-T). All of the documentation I have found so
far says 'it will be released shortly'.

Does anyone know when shortly is? And what form the
update will come in (service pack, feature release, etc)?
