America Online has somehow put some kind of trojan horse on my
computer. It keeps putting icons on my desktop and start menu. I
looked at the properties to find the target, and it's something called
aod in my programs folder, but it doesn't show up on "remove
software." So I can't get rid of it.
I'm used to this kind of strategy from scumbags, but I can't believe
Time Warner AOL has adopted this filthy trick to promote AOL.
Am I right this is what has happened?
Can anybody tell me how to get rid of it or how I got it?
