Need double/dual ring for fax machine, how with XP?

I can't see how to get XP to work with a dual ring for my fax. I don't want
to have to buy the $200 switch to accomplish this? Is there some other way
or third-party program I can get to set my fax up on a different ring?

well, the only solution I found was to buy a $75 dollar switch from
Amazon.
