Please help. I have a computer that has been running
Windows XP pro for about 3 months. When I booted up the
computer this morning, it booted up o.k. I installed a
program and while it was installing the computer froze. I
turned the computer off and back on and now it won't
bootup. It will come to the startup menu but no matter
what choice you make, the computer will just reboot
itself. What can I do? Please help.
Thanks in advance for your help.
Sincerely,
Rodney Brown
