I was using e-mail, pressed send and the next thing I got
was Norton Internet security reporting an error, the
computer went into a very long loop between the cookie
alerts and finally shut down. The next time I restarted
all the programs would not work and the lnk files could
not be found. The control panel functions do not work
either.
