log in error

When I click on my name and put in my password and hit
enter it will just hang for about 5-10 minutes. Then when
it finally goes to the desktop, an error box comes up and
says something about how there was an error with NT On
Access Scanner. No clue what that is or if it should be
there. Any ideas??? Thanks.

Can you post all of exact error message?
also check event viewer and post all error with Source and event ID too.

The NT On-Access Scanner error comes from McAfee's software. Contact
their tech support.
