wininetd.exe file infected by Trojan Horse Virus

My wininetd.exe file in windows/32system has been
infected with a Trojan Horse Virus that tries to access
the internet. I've blocked the access but have no idea
how to repair the file. My Norton antivirus program
can't repair the file.

More than likely it is the trojan, or part thereof, since=20
wininetd.exe is not a file shipped with the OS
