Is there a way to delete some of the restore points, I've got almost a
month's worth.

Set system restore settings (disc space to use to a lower value) Let windows
handle the deletion.

You can not pick and choose. You can only keep the latest one or dump them
all. If you wish to create the most current install point and purge the rest
right click your C drive icon and select Properties->Disk Cleanup
button->Options Tab

One does have the options to clear restore point using the "Disk =
Cleanup" button in the drive properties. After getting the applet, there =
is a "More Options" tab on it where that part is available to use.

Exactly. Restore points are not cleared unless you select to clear them.
