unable to log off when using a "Limited" user account

Hello all,

I have 4 accounts on my XP home computer. Only one is an
administrator account... the other 3 are limited.

I can log off or shut down from the admin account, but
when I try to log or shut down from the Limited accounts
nothing happens. No error messages either. The dialog
comes up... do you want to Log off? click okay... nothing
happens.

Again... the admin account works fine. Any ideas?
