menu trouble

i have no clue what is going on and i hope someone does,
all of the sudden when i exited the internet, a menu with

yahoo
kensington
cnet
cnnfn
mapquest

keeps poping up with out clicking where i move my mouse,
can soneone plz help me?

It sounds like you've got some spyware infesting your computer. Remove
spyware with Spybot Search & Destroy from www.security.kolla.de and
Ad-aware from www.lavasoftusa.com. Be sure to update these programs
before running them. It is best to run antivirus and spyware removal
tools in Safe Mode. And of course, you *are* running a current
antivirus program, aren't you? Just checking.;-)
