My Task Manager has been inoperative for quite a while now
and I'm looking for some suggestions on how to fix it. I'm
on XP Pro and am the Admin. Ctrl-Alt-Del produces no
response whatsoever. R-Clicking the Task Bar shows the
Task Manager available (not greyed out or anything) but
selecting it also produces no reponse at all.
