unable to log off when using a "Limited" user account

I'm having a problem that may be related to yours. Suddenly
on admin users are only one able to open IE6. Limited users
can be changed to admin. and they can then open IE6. This
appeared a few days ago.

Did your problems start after a patch was installed?
If so, then try uninstalling the patch.
