Our machine is crashing about every 10 minutes and will
then reboot itself. We are running XP Home edition and
are ususally on AOL when the problem occurs.

It is either a computer worm/virus (e.g. Blaster, see
www.microsoft.com/blaster for how to deal with it), or AOL software
(which is not known for it's quality). Check for the worm first, then
try AOL for help.
