Windows Media Video Problem

I cannot seem to get Windows Media 9 to play video when I
connect my computer to the S-Video cable on my television
(RCA video does not work either). Everything on my
computer will show up on the television, except for the
actual video in WMA, which plays fine on my computer, but
appears as only a black screen on my television. I
searched the knowledge base and found a fix that I
thought would have worked, but it did not.

How can I get my video to work?
