I am no longer able to install new software. In the
past, I had no problem. Now the install screen for the
CD comes on, then it disappears, bringing me back to the
user screen with all the icons on it. Recently I deleted
a user account, but the others are all designated as
computer administrators. I have tried installing under
different user accounts. Nothing works. I have tried
different software. Nothing works. Please help.
