I didn't say it was all sites, but there are sites that
cause this problem. The main one I am having trouble with
is being hosted by IIS 5.0.

Now, if it were my choice, I would also always prefer a
password. However, this is a special case.

The computer I need this for belongs to the fire dept.
They need the computer to log into a site that provides
maps, proper house addresses, phone numbers etc.. for
emergency purposes.

This is something that everyone in the fire dept will need
to access from WITHIN the fire dept. However, the fire
chief doesn't want the password known, in case people
start abusing access and start "playing" from other
locations other than the fire dept.

Most people would never think of doing something like
that, but all it takes is one, right?
