Hello since a couple of days now my computers seams to
take so much time to shut down ... i am not sure why ...
i know when windows shutdown all the running process have
to be shutdown and some may take more time then
others ... i dont want to format and i want to find out
which process is taking longer then the other ... so i
can try to fix it ... is there a way that can be done ...
by the way i have 30 running process with normal computer
usage when i shutdown ... thanks

Something you might try is; Go to Start Run and type "msconfig"(no quotes)
and then to the Startup tab, un-check any programs you don't "need" to start
at boot. Leave your AV and firewall checked. See if that improves your
shutdown time. If you see no improvement simply go back and re-check the
items.

Don't know what you have in your system but, it won't hurt to try this.
