Whats OEM,SLP & MOBO mean? (sorry to be a pain)

OEM, a company that makes complete PCs for sale.

Mobo, motherboard.

SLP, don't recall what the acronym stands for, but that is a process
where the OS install or restore procedure looks for particular data
in the system BIOS to be able to install. That data would be specific
to that model or line of PC.

BTW System BIOS is system code that is on a chip on your PC, which is
first run, and gives the PC instructions to test and configure itself,
then boot the OS from the HDD or other bootable drive.
