How did you uninstall this program? Did you simply delete its Program Files
folder? Most programs remove their associated entries in various menus when
you uninstall them using "Add/Remove Programs" in the Control Panel.

Sorry for the late reply,
I checked all the locations that you mentioned but I am still coming up blank. It is affecting all my Audio/Video files. I consider this a minor yet seriously annoying problem. I like to keep my PC in tip top shape to try and maximize its preformance. I ch
ecked the other sites you have as links also and I am still unable to come up with any idea. Maybe I am looking in the wrong spot. Please could you give me a more detailed outline as to where I should start to look to find the problem.
