Error 550 5.7.1

Runnning XP Pro and Pegasus Mail. Since I converted from dial-up modem to Verizon DSL I have lost the ability to e-mail beyond the e-mail host. When I attempt this I get the error 550 5.7.1 Forwarding denied... I have tried many things, none work. Can any
one tell me how to corrrect this? Thanks.

Make sure you have the correct smtp email server setup in your mail program.
Check the isp website for info on the servers and how to set it up. (some
require you to supply a password for outgoing mail as well)
