are running Windows in safe mode, or if the Windows Installer is not
correctly installed. Contact your support personnel for assistance."

To solve this problem, perform the steps given below:

1. Click Start
2. Click Run
3. Type msiexec /regserver and press enter

If the problem persists,

1. Click Start
2. Click Run
3. Type sfc /scannow

If still, perfrom the steps given in the URL given below:
