CD-RW not working after re-install!

Hello,

After a reinstall of XP, my Hewlett Packard CD12D will not write to or
even recognize blank cd-rw discs. Any ideas, as it used to work
perfectly. Thank you!

Hi Mark,

Right-click the drive in Windows Explorer, choose properties. Go to the
recording tab and make sure the option to 'enable recording on this drive'
is checked.
