drag and drop problem

Whenever I try to drag and drop files or icons with a
left or right click I get the message:

CShellextension::xdroptarget::dragenter

and I can't move whatever I have tried to drag with the
mouse. Could this be a conflict with one of the programs
I'm using? My system is working so well other than this
problem that any help would really be appreciated.
