McAfee Anti Virus compatability

Since installing the latest Microsoft Hotfix for XP Pro,
I have not been able to "enable" my McAfee virus online
protection. If I restart windows, McAfee is enabled but
switches to disabled within the first minute amd I can't
enable it manually. Nothing happens when I choose the
enable option.HELP!!!!!!

Remove HotFix Q811493 and see if that cures it.
