Earlier today, while using my computer, the computer
suddenly turned off and rebooted. A dialogue box come on,
saying "To begin, click on the user name" but there was
no user name to click on. This is a home computer, 1 and
a half years old, nobody else uses it but me, there is no
network. I was unable to access the computer, so finally
HP tech help helped me to open up a brand new account so
I could get into the computer. HOwever, with this new
account, half my progrmas are now missing, and I cannot
access my own e- mail. I would like to get back to my
regular account- which was simply "owner" but am unable
to do so. I really, really would appreciate any help.
