Why can't I resize windows explorer? If I double click on My Computer or use the Window + E keys, it always comes up minimized on the task bar. If I right click on the task bar icon and select maximize or restore from the popup menu, nothing happens. If
I right click on the Start button and choose Explore from the popup menu, then explorer opens normally.
