In internet explorer? Tools Menu, internet options, content tab,
autocomplete.
You can specify here what autocomplete remembers for you (so you can turn
off remembering passwords), and you can also clear the "cache" of already
remembered passwords.

If you meant something other than this would you mind being more specific?
