The other day I installed a program and added a shortcut in the quick launch
toolbar. The picture shows the correct program, but when I click on it
nothing happens. Right click and properties has everything blank and/or
fadded out so I can't modify the shortcut. When I try to delete it, or move
it, I get "Cannot delete file: Cannot read from the source file or disk"
Anyone know how I can get rid of this bad shortcut?
