MyDocuments access is denied

I had to restore the files in my MyDocuments folder due
to a disk crash. After restoring the files from my tape
backup I can no longer access the MyDocuments folder.
Everytime I try and open it I get Access is Denied. I
have administrator priviledges on the user account.

Any help would be greatly appreciated
