According to Tech TV Canada's website, they claim that microsoft has
said the problem with this patch occurs when you install it with your
virus scanner running.
Problem is, having inunstalled the problem patch, trying to reinstall
it, the installation of it and all other windows patches now
fails-virus scanner running or not.
