Skip,
the 1-2CPU label indicates that you can use your version
of XP with either a single processor system (as you
already are) or a dual processor system.
It DOES NOT allow you to use it on 2 different systems.
So the 2 cpu indicates that this version also will work on
a dual CPU system.
