Under one user, I don't get the desktop tab anymore in the
display properties dialog box.
I checked, and this user has administrative rights, and is
part of the administrative group.
When I log in as a different user (with or without
administrative rights) the tab appears.
Where is the setting that makes this dis-appear?
I already tried searching the web, but did not find any
security policy related to this.
I'm running XP-pro.
