ok this is unnerving

I have a desktop setup with icq, msn, email, etc.....
anyways everything works except for the icq! If I set the
shortcut to work under other profiles it will connect ot
he net provided you enter my admin password every time
you start it. I have tried 'cacls' in the admin
environment and gave the user change permissions, heck i
even tried to give full perm but to no avail. Anyone
out there had this problem?? any advice is welcome.

This is really an issue to take up with AOL. It's their software thats
broken, sadly. Are you running the 2003 version? If you are not you should
at least try that. Failing that, try one of the substitutes such as trillian
to see if that behaves better for you.
