User Account Setup

Thanks for the replies. I cant turn off the welcome
screen because the machine will not belong to me. I am
trying to create a program that will have only specific
right to certain files. IIS has this feature and so does
Visual Studio Net. If anyone has any other suggestions
let me know please.
