How do I change my W/XP "Full Computer Name"

I just got this (used) dell laptop. It came already
configured with Windows XP. But, the "Full Computer Name"
as shown in System Properties shows the former owner's
name. How do I change this to what I want?

Line 7 Right column "Change registered owner...".

I would suggest you perform a Clean Installation.
That way any garbage from the previous owner is gone and you start out
with a fresh system.
