synchronization manager

Hi

I work for a company with many users, and I am trying to
set up the synchronization manager to behave the same way
for all users. I can see how they can customize the
manager individually but is there a way that I can set up
the same customization globally for all users, without
them individually having to set it up.

i.e. perhaps the registry (but where in the registry)

any help gratefully accepted
