Read Kelly's file. Apply same settings to the Default User's profile =
(different to .default - that's no profile users) which is what new =
accounts are based on.

Type regedit in Start - Run
Type load hive in Regedit's help
Load the Default profile (typically C:\Documents & Settings\Default =
User\NTUSER.dat)
Make the changes.

Or change Kelly's reg file to apply to current user, use a shortcut in =
All Users startup folder with this line=20
regedit /s whateveryoucallthefile.reg

okay, thanks but when I follow your instructions after the load hive I get a
load hive box with Key Name. Sorry but I'm just a little confused from this
point on.
