Hi,
I would recommend you not to mess around with that. Unlike Windows 9X, the
boot screens and the logon screen is inside exe files in XP (ntoskrnl.exe
and logonui.exe respectively). Its best to leave the system files alone. You
could be very leading yourself to a un-usable Windows Installation.
