Viewing Arabic websites in English

How can I view a website that is writen in Arabic or any
other language, in English? I have tried the adding
another language suggestion that XP makes in the help
section, but it doesn't work. Any help would be
appreciated. TIA.

You cannot as long as the author of the web site provides the same
site in English as well.
